Senior producer Tamara Dawit mentors and trains filmmakers for Hot Docs, the Doc Institute, EAVE and DW Akademie. Between 2015 and 2020, we ran the Creative Producers Training Program in Ethiopia to help creative producers develop their skills and sell their content internationally. The program supported filmmakers through labs, mentorships and market support at TIFF, Marche du Film and the European Film Market.
